Demolition of the pool decking began on Monday as scheduled and will likely involve the remainder of this week. Next week is scheduled for removal of the coping, pool tiles and begin the preparation for re-plastering.
It is anticipated that trenching for new drainage, new electrical runs and security camera runs will begin toward the end of next week.
During the project, new pump motors, chemical sensors with w-fi capability and filtration media will be installed along with servicing all of the pool equipment. At the completion of the project, the Wolf Creek Community Pool will be state of the art for 2015.
I want to acknowledge and thank Board members Scott Thudium for his work as Chair of the Wolf Creek Pool Committee, Ray McLaughlin for his work in chairing the Wolf Creek Community Security Committee, our long time Treasurer Diana Ely for managing our budgets and helping the Board to prepare for this project and our Vice-President Larry French who has proof read and assured everything is as specified by the Board. He also chairs the Wolf Creek Landscape Committee which will be very busy toward the end of the project to come up with a drought tolerant yet beautiful landscape design. This project would not have moved so timely if it wasn’t for our new property management company (Avalon) and especially our property manager Jayson.
Finally, I want to thank all of the residents of Wolf Creek for the patience and support of this major project.
