​Santa’s Return in 2021 

On Wednesday, December 15th, beginning at 6:00 p.m., Santa will  follow this route through the community (due to traffic, crowds, etc., all times are approximate and we may be a little late, but everyone will have time to meet with Santa):

Start: Antelope @ Luiseno 
Falcon & Peacock - 6:20 p.m.
Seastar & Juniper - 6:40 p.m.
Sequoia & Ponderosa - 7:00 p.m.
Bayberry & Birch - 7:25 p.m.
Mendocino & Lyon - 8:00 p.m.

On Thursday, December 16th, beginning at 6:00 p.m., Santa will follow this route through the community (due to traffic, crowds, etc., all times are approximate and we may be a little late, but everyone will have time to meet with Santa):

Teton Trail & Lone Pine - 6:40 p.m.
Rocky Bar & Miner Trail - 6:55 p.m.
Logger Trail & Cedar Crest - 7:20 p.m.

To let our residents and Santa know where each stop will be, the Lifestyle Board has placed “Santa Stop Here” signs around the community. These signs will be placed in the landscaped area at each of the locations listed above.  If you have any questions about this visit, please contact Avalon Management.

COVID-19 also can’t stop our annual Holiday Home Decorating Contest! We will award four categories this year, including Best Traditional, Best Theme, Best Animation, and two Best Spirit Awards! The judging will be held on Monday, December 13th at 7:00 p.m. Winners will receive signs, announcing their win and the category, as well as $100 gift cards.
