A fun time was had by all this past weekend at the 2016 Pool Grand Re-Opening Party! Hosted by Wolf Creek Lifestyles, the party saw over 400 residents and children come through to enjoy the pool, food & drink, an interactive DJ with games, a kinetic sand area, a bubble station and a photo area where residents were able to take home a family photo! A HUGE thank you to all who participated and to Wolf Creek Lifestyles for hosting this amazing event!

Progress continues on our interior remodel of the Community Center. On Monday July 18th the gym will be closed for painting. The gym will re-open at noon on Tuesday July 19th. Thank you for your understanding while we continue to maintain the facilities to the high standard set.
The renovations are under way! The new flooring is almost completed, the lighting has been installed and the interior of the community center is now being painted. If you have the opportunity, swing by and check out the changes to our community center!

Our manager, Jayson, spoke with the BBQ vendor and the reason the BBQ's could not be re-installed for July 4th was multiple gas leaks were found in the supply lines to the BBQ. A plumber will be out to replace and test all gas supply lines and then the BBQ's will be reinstalled. The vendor sent Jayson photos of the line and from what he saw, we were lucky we didn't have anyone injured. In regards to the BBQ's, the Board is adding an annual inspection and repair of the BBQ's at the end of each swim season which will reduce risks of injury and also assure everything is working like new for the start of the next swim season. Thank you everyone for your understanding yesterday. The area is booming with fireworks, parades and festivals all over Riverside.
