At an emergency meeting of the board of directors ("Board ") of Wolf Creek Maintenance Corporation ("Association") held on June 19, 2017, the Board adopted the following rule to address the imminent threat to the health of members and guests due to hyperchlorinate and hypochlorinate of the pool which causes skin rashes to individuals or growth of bacterial and viral growth in the water, and to prevent the imminent threat of substantial economic loss to the Association from the need to replace expensive optical sensors which regulate the pool chemicals.
No Food or Beverage in the Pool
No member or guest may bring any beverage, drink, drinking container, food, food wrapper, or food container into the pool/spa/wading pool water, steps, or edge. Members and guests are prohibited from dumping any beverage into the pool waters, even water.
Violation of this policy will result in the immediate removal from the pool area and subject the sponsoring member to, at the Board's discretion, a notice and hearing, potential fine, and or suspension of privileges to use the pool area for thirty (30) days.

At an emergency meeting of the board of directors ("Board ") of Wolf Creek Maintenance Corporation ("Association") held on June 19, 2017, the Board adopted the following rule to address the imminent threat to the health of members and guests due to the potential laceration or injury from broken glass and prevent the imminent threat of substantial economic loss to the Association from the need to close down all three pools, hire an engineer to determine if it is safe to empty all pools, vacuum all pools and re-fill. Additionally, Wolf Creek Maintenance Corporation was previously advised by the soil engineers that the pool cannot be drained until the beginning of 2019 due to risk of pool pop from the moisture remaining under the pool.
No glass of any type or alcohol in the Wolf Creek pool or BBQ areas.
All carry in bags, containers, chests are subject to search while entering and during the use of the Wolf Creek Community Center.
No member or guest may bring any glassware of any kind in the pool area at any time. No member or guest may bring any alcoholic beverage of any kind into the Wolf Creek Community Center and Pool.
Violation of the glass and or alcohol rule above will result in the immediate removal from the pool area and subject the sponsoring member to, at the Board’s discretion, a notice and hearing , potential fine, and or suspension of privileges to use the pool area for a minimum of 30 days up to suspension for the remaining swim season.
