![]() Santa will be back this year. He will arrive in Wolf Creek in his horse drawn carriage. The first evening (December 18th) will include the Wolf Creek homes south of Wolf Valley Road. The homes north will see Santa the next evening (December 19th). The anticipated schedule for the Santa Stops is below. Please remember that these are approximate times and can vary due to the number of children at each stop or the need to take extra time because of those with special needs. We appreciate your patience. On December 18th, beginning at 6 PM, Santa will follow this route through the community (all times approximate): Start: Recreation Center Alto Vista & Pinon Pine - 6:15 PM Teton Trail and Lone Pine - 6:35 PM Rocky Bar & Miner Trail - 6:50 PM Logger Trail & Cedar Crest - 7:15 PM Shasta & Cloudburst - 7:35 PM On December 19th, beginning at 6 PM, Santa will follow this route through the community (all times approximate): Start: Antelope @ Luiseno Falcon and Peacock - 6:05 PM Seastar and Juniper - 6:25 PM Bayberry & Birch - 7:05 PM Plum & Eucalyptus - 7:25 PM Mendocino & Lyon - 7:45 PM To let our residents and Santa know where each stop will be, the Lifestyle Board has added “Santa Stop Here” signs around the community. These signs have been placed in the landscaped area at each of the locations listed above. If you have any questions about this visit, please contact Avalon Management. The Winter Holiday Event was a HUGE success seeing over 450 residents come and enjoy the festivities, the food and their neighbors company. Be on the look out for more upcoming events in 2019!
The Holiday Event is this Saturday, December 15, 2018. Santa and his helper will be here. A photographer will provide complimentary photos of your family with Santa. To delight the kids, face painters will be available. There will also be a craft room set up with holiday craft kits to make some wonderful holiday memories.
Of course, holiday snacks will also be provided. There will be a gourmet coffee bar with fresh brewed Starbucks coffee, decaf and hot cocoa. There will be an embellishment bar that includes flavored whipped cream, chocolate and caramel syrup, marshmallows, and sugar-free selections. In addition, ice tea and punch will be served. Tea sandwich selections, on fresh baked bread and rolls, will be served. For those with a sweet tooth, there will also be bakery-fresh holiday cookies, scones, muffins, and biscotti as well as holiday ice cream with a choice of eight toppings. To ensure there is enough for everyone, please RSVP with the on-site office at 951-506-6200. We must limit the number of reservations to 300 in accordance with Fire Marshall Mandates. Once the reservation list is full, we will take names for a “standby” list. This group is given an arrival time to come to the community center on a standby basis. We are usually successful in accommodating those on this list when crowd levels permit. Just a reminder, if you make a reservation and fail to show or cancel 24 hours in advance, you will lose the privilege of reserving events for one year. This became necessary when nearly one-third of those on the reservation list did not show up to previous events. Thank you for your consideration. The inspection for the annual holiday decoration contest will be occurring tonight beginning at 6:30 PM. The three categories are: Best Traditional, Best Theme, and Best Animation. In addition to having signs for placement announcing the award for each homeowner’s front yard, a $100 gift card will also be provided by the Wolf Creek Lifestyle Corporation.
Due to staff illness the Clubhouse and gym were not opened this morning. The afternoon/evening staff member will be arriving earlier than normal; between now and 2 PM. We apologize for the inconvenience and we anticipate returning to normal hours tomorrow.
