 The A/C in the gym is now fixed and the spa jets are working on half of the spa again. Thank you for your patience during this process.

The fan motor burned up from the freeze up. The A/C tech is trying to reach his supplier for a new one. Unfortunately the phone has been busy. Not unexpected, we are in a heat wave and many A/C's are failing. The gym is presently open. The doors and windows are open and the ceiling fans on. It is still very warm at this hour and as the day progresses, the gym will likely be closed as we don't want anyone suffering a heat stroke. Just a reminder, use of the gym is at your own risk,,,,make a safe decision.
A large block of ice remains in the unit in the ceiling. We cannot thaw it quickly or it will over flow the drain pan and we will have water damage to ceilings and walls. It hopefully will be thawed and re-started tomorrow morning. In addition to this repair, the Wolf Creek Board authorized installation of a ultraviolet air purifier in the return air duct. This will kill bacteria in the air and remove a large part of the odor in the air. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately, it was due to resident vandalism.
Message From The Board President: Hi everyone. The Wolf Creek Gym A/C was vandalized and was not functioning over the weekend. I apologize for the inconvenience. As a result of the vandalism, the entire unit is now frozen and locked up. The repair man is on scene but it could take up to a day for it to thaw. Someone had a key that opened the locked thermostat and re-programmed the thermostat to 30 degrees, Fortunately, we have security cameras in the gym and you can rest assured they will be called in for a hearing. They will also be financially liable for any and all repairs required as a result.
The spa is open but the bubbles & jets are not working. The replacements parts have been ordered and will be installed as soon as possible.
