State of the City Announcement

Save the date! On Thursday September 15th at 7pm, Temecula Mayor Mike Naggar will be reaching out to the residents of Wolf Creek to discuss the state of the city, public safety and more. The meeting will be held at Fire Station 92 at the corner of Wolf Creek and Wolf Valley and there will be a Q&A at the end.

Community Center Renovation Update

The community center renovation is well underway and this week has seen the completion of the tile floor portion of the project. A few other completed upgrades include:

The office has a beautiful medallion at the entrance with the Wolf Creek logo and the area by the kitchen has a nice tile piece as well.
The community room now has four fans that will help move the air and keep the room cooler during the summer months.
The conference room has new flooring and the seats have been upholstered to fit the look of the community.
The lighting in the kitchen has been upgraded to provide more lighting in the area.
The landscaping around the community center has been upgraded to drought tolerant plant materials to help the Association save water yet maintain a pleasing look.
The landscape lighting in the front of the community center and at the Association monument signs have been upgraded to LED fixtures.

The project is ongoing and will continue until the renovation is completed and meets the standards of our community.

Gym Closed - Friday & Saturday Evening

Due to a shortage of on-site staff, the gym will be closed on Friday, August 19 from 5 PM to 9 PM and Saturday, August 20 from 3 PM to 9 PM. The gym will re-open during normal hours on Sunday, August 21. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions, please contact the on-site office or Avalon Management.

Homeowner Awareness

The following occurred on August 15th, this is being posted for informational purposes only and does not involve Wolf Creek Maintenance Corporation:

Our daughter was walking to school this morning a little after 8am along Wolf Creek Drive South, when a guy was acting suspicious and walking all over the place kept looking behind at her, and all of a sudden stopped in the middle of the sidewalk and pulled down his pants and underwear and began urinating all over, almost trying to aim it at her and people walking by. He tried talking to her but she quickly walked away. He was a man who looked to be late teens early twenties, rather large but not super tall, wearing an oversized dark grey t-shirt and oversized black cargo shorts. He had dark hair and goatee, and looked like he could've been Hispanic.
Just wanted people and those who send their kids to school via walking to be aware of this activity!
