Hi Everyone, I wanted to share with you that Wolf Creek Maintenance Corporation has entered into contract for the pool repairs. Right now, the contract is at our legal council for editing and approval. If all goes as planned, demolition will begin early May and the repairs will take approximately 150 days.
Now the even better news. The Wolf Creek Board is very sensitive to the financial hardship the Corona Virus Pandemic has caused our residents. As such, we set out to find these unbudgeted funds so that we would not need to add an emergency assessment at this difficult time. I am pleased to report we believe we that found those funds. Details on the funding will be sent out in our upcoming newsletter, but the goal is to fund the repairs without an increase in assessments or an emergency assessment.
The two big unknowns at this time are will the materials required be available and are inspectors in the field to sign off repairs as they go. We don't have solid information at this time but will share when known. We look forward to throwing a huge celebration and seeing families enjoying our pools as soon as it is safe to do so.
