This upcoming Monday, September 18th the Board will be holding an Open Session Board meeting at the Community Center beginning at 6 PM. One of the main topics up for Board discussion is a proposed dues increase of $5.00 per month (raising assessments to a potential $50.00 per month).
The reason for this discussed increase is an increase of .60 cents per gallon on fuel tax, annual minimum wage increase, utility costs rising while utilization is decreasing and the unanticipated doubling of security costs for our pool season.
All owners are welcome and invited to attend to discuss during homeowner forum. Once forum is closed, the Board will discuss the upcoming budget and the costs associated with the Wolf Creek budget.
