Hi everyone, here is the schedule for repairs this upcoming week of May 9-13:
On Tuesday, repair and replacement of the wrought iron fence removed for construction will begin and take 1-2 days. In addition a final walk through will occur with the painter to confirm timing and details of community center repaint as well as stripping, sealing and painting all of the wood on the pool area pony walls. Start date to be determined by other work that week.
On Wednesday, Adams Landscape will be in to replace irrigation and restore landscape to the pool area. In addition, draining, cleaning and diamond pad sanding will begin on spa to determine if the plaster will stand up for two years when all plaster will be repaired.
Thursday Cutting Edge will come in and being the cleaning of all of the BBQ's and servicing them. Clean, treat all of the pool furniture for oil and sun, clean all areas post construction, bathrooms, pool showers etc. That is anticipated to take up to one week.
I hope by Friday to have a firm understanding of what will happen with the spa and should be able to announce a tentative opening schedule.
