The Wolf Creek Board asks for everyone's cooperation in staying out of the pool area during construction. This is mandated by State and County as well as City Health and Safety Codes. During the onset of this last round of repairs, the city inspector required us to put up the chain link fence, use caution tape and have the no trespassing signs posted as part of our permit requirements.
Recent walk ins have increased and the resident's when contacted have responded rudely and with erroneous claims that the pool is a common area and they own it.
For clarification, the pool area is currently a closed facility managed by the HOA Board. Unfortunately, to assure that on one accidentally gets hurt in the construction area and or our permit is withdrawn due to the area not being secured; any future intruders will be prosecuted for trespassing and a hearing will occur to determine if a restraining order is necessary.
I know everyone is anxious and curious as to the pool status. I am more than happy to meet with you at the Community Center and show you what has been done and what still needs to be done. Please contact me if you wish to meet at [email protected] to set up a time.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated
Brad Sullivan, D.C.
