Community Center Renovation Update

The community center renovation is well underway and this week has seen the completion of the tile floor portion of the project.  A few other completed upgrades include:

• The office has a beautiful medallion at the entrance with the Wolf Creek logo and the area by the kitchen has a nice tile piece as well. 
• The community room now has four fans that will help move the air and keep the room cooler during the summer months.
• The conference room has new flooring and the seats have been upholstered to fit the look of the community.
• The lighting in the kitchen has been upgraded to provide more lighting in the area.
• The landscaping around the community center has been upgraded to drought tolerant plant materials to help the Association save water yet maintain a pleasing look.
  
• The landscape lighting in the front of the community center and at the Association monument signs have been upgraded to LED fixtures.

The project is ongoing and will continue until the renovation is completed and meets the standards of our community.
