Please review the attached document provided by the City of Temecula, which has important information regarding crime prevention and Neighborhood Watch and lighting within Wolf Creek.
This message is for those residents that pay using the annual coupon book. This does not affect anyone already using auto-debit/ACH, their bank's bill pay service, or through PayLease/Zego.
All coupon books were ordered on December 4th, however due to Covid the supplier of the coupon books has had to operate with fewer staff members than needed. In addition, due to both the holidays and Covid affecting the post office, what would normally take 3-5 business days to deliver the mail is now taking 2-3 weeks.
Remember most communities allow until the 15th of the month before a payment is considered late.
If you would like to mail in your payment before you receive a coupon book you can mail it to the bank:
Wolf Creek Maintenance Corporation
c/o The Avalon Management Group
PO Box 52982
Phoenix, AZ 85072-2982
You may also mail it to our corporate headquarters:
Wolf Creek Maintenance Corporation
31608 Railroad Canyon Road
Canyon Lake, CA. 92587
You can drop off your payment.
You may also drop it off in the drop boxes located at our Canyon Lake, Temecula, or Oceanside office.
You may also sign up to pay online by clicking the “My Account” Icon, then Log On, then Login. Please be aware that before you can sign up for automatic payment, your account must have a zero balance. Please make any balance due payments by check, and then come back and sign up for auto-draft. You can make a one-time payment online, but there are small fees charged by the third party provider that processes credit and debit cards for the Association.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding while we all deal with the effects of Covid 19.
Very truly yours,
Avalon Management, as Agent for Association

A message from the City:
"Hi Wolf Creek Community,
I just wanted to make sure you knew the City of Temecula’s event Here Comes Santa Claus will be coming through your neighborhood tomorrow, December 17th from 6pm-8:30pm. The map with the Wolf Creek route is included below. Visit TemeculaCA.gov/Holidays for more info, or follow @TemeculaParksandRec on social media. Residents are encouraged to stand outside on their porch or sidewalk to waive to Santa.
Since we can’t have Santa in Old Town, we’ll bring Santa to your neighborhood. Santa, Frosty and Rudolph will spend 13 nights visiting over 40 neighborhoods while social distancing in a holiday convertible. If it is raining, Santa will still be visiting you, but the top of the convertible will be on. We will encourage residents to stand in their driveways or nearest cross street in their jammies, glow necklaces and bring their holiday cheer."

Hi everyone, let's face it; 2020 has sucked for the children of Wolf Creek. In response, Wolf Creek for this year is inviting all residents to begin putting up their Holiday Decorations starting November 1, 2020. The Wolf Creek Lifestyle Board is planning to up its game this year with the Community Center and Community Entry Points receiving more and improved Holiday Decorations. The Holiday Decoration contest will be held but more categories may be added as the Board is hopeful everyone will feel the spirit! Let's finish out this unfortunate year with a beautifully decorated community!
