Hi everyone, the Wolf Creek pool and wader heater will be turned off on November 1, 2023. The spa heater remains on all year. The pool and wader are maintained all year and you are welcome to use them even when the heater is off.
The Board strives to maintain our amenities to the highest standard. Toward that goal, half of our pool furniture will be taken off site on or near November 1, 2023 for refurbishing. The furniture is taken to a factory authorized vendor who strips the furniture down to its frame, removes the frame powder coat and x-rays the frames for fractures. After repairing any microfractures found, they apply new powder coat, new straps and certify them for another 10 year cycle. Once the first half are returned, the remaining furniture will be refurbished as well. This costs the Association 50% of what new furniture would cost with all of the same benefits!
In addition, new umbrellas, stands and cracked table tops will be replaced. The best news for everyone is the funds for this large project come from our reserves which are funded to 103%.
